Service Description

At Universal Services Appliance Repair, we specialize in providing expert washer and dryer repair for most brands, ensuring your laundry appliances are running efficiently again. Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling and Service Calls Service Fee: A flat service call fee of $100 is required for all on-site appointments. This covers the travel, systematic diagnosis of the appliance, and a professional repair estimate. Fee Waiver: If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the service call fee is waived and only the cost of labor and parts will apply. Appointment Windows: We provide a 2-hour arrival window. Our technician will call or text prior to arrival. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule without penalty, notice must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled window. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if no one (18+ years old) is present to grant access, a $10 "No-Show" fee will be billed. 3. Parts and Deposits Special Orders: If a repair requires a non-stocked or special-order part, the cost of the part is required before the part is ordered. Non-Refundable Parts: Once a special-order part has been shipped by the manufacturer, the deposit for that part is non-refundable. 4. Customer Responsibilities Accessibility: Please ensure the appliance is empty and easily accessible. For stackable units, please note if they need to be unstacked prior to the technician's arrival. Safety: For the safety of our technicians, please ensure all pets are secured and a person 18 years or older is present for the duration of the service. 5. Payments and Warranty Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service (C.O.D.). We accept [Cash, Check, Credit Card, etc.]. Service Warranty: We provide a 30 warranty on labor. Note: This warranty is voided if the appliance is moved, tampered with by a third party, or damaged due to improper use following the repair.
